The description reads "Recommendations for a easy assembled awning "
It’s a shame it’s so curt.

I took this to be a statement that if you have a Symbol your awning should be small and easy to be assembled...bit like thought for the day
There is no question, no please or thank you, so did not consider it to be looking for advice.

Re: Symbol awning advice
There have been quite a few posts recently about awnings....and a lot of different opinions - you can put "awning" into the search box for some of them.
Not sure whether you are new to MHs/camping but there is much to consider in regard to whether you really need an awning. (Apologies if you are not new.)
The Symbol does not have a lot of storage room for things like awnings so it is even more important to consider all aspects.
Personally we gave up on the idea of awnings long ago. Too much faff for one or even two nights. We do have a standalone Quest Screenhouse 4 which can used if really necessary - is very quick to pitch and pack away but is quite long to carry. (we try to avoid carrying too much other stuff in our Symbol)
If you are thinking about an awning that can be attached to your Symbol there are many driveaway options - Airbeam/inflatables are quick and fairly easy to pitch but are usually heavy to carry and bulky to store. Also expensive!
Poled versions are less expensive and can be smaller/lighter to store.
It really comes down to what you want to use the awning for - just outside shelter or additional sleeping area?

Re: Symbol awning advice
Dear Sentinel,
Thank you very much for your advice. I will look out for the standalone Quest awning..
Yes the symbol does has much storage so we wanted the awning for storing an inflatable kayak two bike kits plus while we are parked up lots clothes my partner has with her . My friend has a Quechula air sec base but l can't get hold of this as it's not in stock.. Best Regards Sam

There are quite a few "standalone"s that are similar to the Quest. Decathlon Arpenez Base for example but you can search the internet for others. Availability is a problem at the moment because of high demand and import delays.
Other Forum members may offer other solutions.
Tip - at least try reducing the "lots of clothes" if possible as you will find Symbol storage is not great, particularly for items like inflatables and bikes. TBH I think that you will be hard pushed to accommodate it all.
We travel with the bare minimum/essentials as having to unload everything to just get from the front to back of the MH for the loo/cup of tea etc is just a pain. One of the reasons we upgraded from a VW cramped camper (not AS by the way!) was the joy of being able to move about in the MH without constantly shifting stuff out of the way.
(Not all VW camper vans are cramped, but ours was, especially on rainy days !)

Update... We found that the Quest Screen House 4 was too heavy to lug about and too long to store in the Symbol so swapped for a Lumaland Where Tomorrow which also has detachable side walls. It packs down to a smaller size and is considerably lighter.
Tbh we don't use an awning very much at all but it could be useful in the months to come, hopefully! A practice pitch in the garden was straightforward and it seemed no less robust then the Quest! Time may tell!
