DPF's & Miyato alloys
2007/8 T5's do they have a DPF
also
Anyone changed the VW caps in the centre of their T5 alloys
Costs and availability? OEM or other?

It depends on the engine spec. But as your forum profile says "Tipt" I assume yours has the Tiptronic 6-speed transmission, which means that it must have the 5-cylinder engine which, under normal circumstances, would mean that it has a DPF.frederic wrote:2007/8 T5's do they have a DPF
However... If A/S took two years to convert it and it was actually manufactured by VW 2 years earlier, it's possible that it might have a cat rather than a DPF. That will depend upon the engine code. Our 5-cylinder Trooper, for example, does not have a DPF.

Yes, a UK spec BNZ will have had a DPF, as supplied from the factory.
