Autosleeper Customer care Empty Autosleeper Customer care

Post by Goldilocks Sat Jul 17, 2021 7:22 pm

Hi can anyone let me know how long it takes Autosleeper to respond to an enquiry made using their contact form?  I posted a query using their site on 8 July and haven't even had an acknowledgement of receipt. If I need to chase over the  next week or so, can someone provide a direct email or phone number? Its not a dealer issue (apparently). Its  to do with delamination on the slide part of the  windows on a 2017 PVC.
I raised it at the habitation check with Marquis last year who said it was a Peugeot issue not A/S. I have since found out that the film is applied by A/S so wish to evoke claim for repair. The delamination makes the windows look unsightly.

If this is the tinted film on the windows it happened to our Symbol at about two years old. Marquis replaced it without any problems. It was only whilst reading the handbook did l find that you are supposed to leave a gap along the top of the blinds as the intense heat generated by the reflective surfaces ‘cooks’ the tinted covering.

Hi Jarjar.
Thanks for your reply. I do leave binds with a gap or down when parked. Its parked up in a largely shaded area. Out if interest was you dealer Marquis and was it in Devon?

its a trick question.
There is no customer care.
It should put off anyone buying a new autosleeper.

Unfortunately,  most people don't join this forum until after they've bought one.

In addition, when I made (a series of) warranty claims AS told me that all claims must go through the dealer.

Try Alan Currie - He is their quality control manager and I have found him to be excellent.
Peter Tombs left AS some 2 - 3 months ago. Karen is the Service Manager and is very helpful and contacted me back no problem. My issue was fixed at the factory in minutes.

Get their direct emails from AS reception would be the best advice.
