Trailer cover
We have had a tow bar fitted on out Malvern as we like to take motorbikes away with us when we go to the Isle of Man for the TT. We have bought a lovely new trailer and are trying to get it insured - this is a Herculean effort, it is very hard to get trailer insurance - has anyone got any suggestions of companies to try?

Re: Trailer cover
Comfort Motorhome Insurance covers trailers for loss/damage/theft whilst attached to the vehicle and not attached provided it is fitted with a propriety hitch lock or wheel clamp covering part of the tyre and at least one of the wheel nuts. No additional premium is charged.
Alternately have you tried https://www.shieldtotalinsurance.co.uk/trailer-insurance/

Hi.
Please feel free to give us a try for trailer insurance if you wish. If you wanted to PM me some contact details I'd be happy to arrange for one of my quotes team to give you a call back.

My Tent was stolen on a site recently.
I tried claiming off my insurance but we were not covered!

Re: Trailer cover
Tried to contact DAN, via P.M, no answer ??, phoned there Kings Lynn office, passed around departments for 20 minutes, finally received a verbal quote to cover a trailer I intend to purchase in August, unfortunately I haven't received any e-mail to to confirm quote.
Maybe try another broker, any recommendations.
