Squeeking from window
My front window squeaks when I wind it down in my T4 Topaz. I have looked and cannot see the cause inside the door. Any ideas?

Hi RR.
A lot of the window winder gear has white nylon bushes in the pivit points. Sometimes when they get a little dry they will squeak when winding the window up and down. A little vasaline on these points will normally stop it.
Hope this helps. Whisky.

Squicking windows
Whisky mentioned Nylon bushes, in that case do not under any circumstances use engine or cycle oil as this has been known to make them stiff I assume they swell but WD 40 works in these circumstances.
