Back to basics
Hello folks, my first post to say hello. I’ve just returned to campervanning. I’ve had all sorts of VW’s and coach built’s as the kids came, grew up and went. So now that there’s life after they’ve gone their own ways, I’ve returned to a 30 year old Mk1 Renault Trafic Rapport with pull-out choke, no power steering or double glazing but standing room, blown air heating and a 3-way fridge. I haven’t forgotten what the priorities are! I’m in the process of ‘tidying it up’ and remembering stopping in some beautiful places all over Britain and Europe; just parking, turning the gas on, swivelling the seat round and sampling the local food and drink... Can’t wait for lockdown to finish. Have fuel (breakdown cover and tool box), will travel!
