Bathroom door.
As one of my 'jobs less important to do list' I decided to remove the bathroom door in order to trim half an inch off the bottom where condensation had got under the facing, causing the MDF it to swell slightly. I'll fit and seal an alloy channel to stop it happening again.
I supported the bottom of the door on corks while I removed the 37 screws on the piano hinge, but wow, is it heavy!
I've just put it on the scales, solid wrapped 15mm thick MDF, it weighs 15 kilos! No wonder it needs so many screws to hold it on.
Built to last these older vans.
