Re: BOURTON WINDOW IN TOILET
Ah, but if you read my MMM article I wrote a few months ago you could wire up your windscreen blower fan to act as a through-flow ventilation system for the whole motorhome, running off the leisure battery. It costs pennies, unlike the hundred or hundreds of pounds they charge for a Fiamma roof vent.

Re: BOURTON WINDOW IN TOILET
The window is high enough so that people can't see in but we can see out. A bathroom is not just for sitting on the toilet. We use it for washing, showering, cleaning teeth, make up, doing hair, looking in the full length mirror etc. The amount of light coming in and the brown cabinet removed, makes the room bigger. The window opens so it lets steam out, lets air in and nasty smells out. The window has made a huge difference to the van.

Re: BOURTON WINDOW IN TOILET
Thank you Niall. I take it you saw the earlier inside photos? Yes, it does look like it's always been there. I put a new post on the other day under Mercedes Sprinter recall emissions which ended up talking about the toilet window. I posted on there what else we have done in the toilet / washroom. I think we must by now have the brightest Bourton toilet in the country. Mrs Jimmee.

Jimmee, I followed this thread from the start as I’m a bit of a mod freak.
Absolutely fantastic job and if I had a Bourton I would be doing exactly the same.

Re: BOURTON WINDOW IN TOILET
Thank you Dbvwt. It's nice to hear that. It has certainly been a talking point. My husband Jimmee was not keen at first, as you probably saw earlier on in the thread. After consulting with A/S, who were very helpful in making sure we got the right window, he came round but insisted that the work was only to be done at the A/S factory. Now he wouldn't be without it. Mrs Jimmee.
