A campervan at last!
Hi everyone
I'm just in the process of buying a VW Trident... my first campervan. It's in pretty good condition but I'd like to upgrade electrics - partly to have some luxuries in my campervan (like a Nespresso machine) but also to be able to be offgrid sometimes and able to use my laptop to work. I will be more or less full-time in my campervan for the next 5 months as I rented out my flat before COVID with the idea of travelling in South America.
I don't know whether I'm going to head north to Scotland or south to the Med yet. Will go wherever I may be able to be safe and do some sailing. Initially probably do some 'shakedown' trips in Wales and the West Country.
Looking forward to finding out more about vanlife from those who know the ropes.
