Hello All
Hello All,
We are Paul (Often called Ben) & Trish
First of all apologies for not introducing ourselves sooner a pesky little virus has taken its toll but all is well now.
At the begining of the year we decided to treat ourselves to a camper van after much research and realising now we are over 50 access to a toilet in wee small hours (pun intended) was a desireable feature which led us to a small motorhome.
More research ensued and it was decided we would like a Autosleeper preferably a Meallion (Hens Teeth terrority).
To cut a long story short in February this year we found ourselves in Perth Scotland a short while later we were owners of a VW LT35 Medallion 2000 vintage.
We are currently restoring it and at the moment the cab is being resprayed and the rear bumper is being repaired. Its already had a top end rebuild after blowing the head gasket on the way home from purchasing it !! and next week the flooring in the cab and habitation area is being replaced. The body work will be polished and new stripes applied.
Hopefully we will be out and about in "Walter" in September.
