Puegeot radios Empty Puegeot radios

Post by jeffg Sat Aug 08, 2020 9:59 am

I have just replaced the leisure battery on my 2006 Nuevo. As the radio lost power it now needs a security code to work again. The card in the owners manual with the code on it has 5 digits, but the unit only seems to want 4. I tried the first 4 numbers on the card and the display said 'wait' That was 24 hours ago and I'm still waiting. Any suggestions?

I replaced both batteries in my 2006 Nuevo (when I had it) and the radio didn't require a code. I thought codes were only needed when the radio was put into a different vehicle. Sorry that doesn't help you.
