On Wednesday afternoon I cancelled my Green Flag membership and this afternoon they refunded the pro rata balance of my year's membership fee to my bank account. That's just 48 hours to give me my money back, which given the time others take, has got to be exemplary

Had a similar quick repayment.  We had an email from John O Groats Camsite saying they had decided not to reopen this year and if we let them know a bank account number they would give us a refund. Email received in the morning and replied to payment made to us in the afternoon
