Ordered battery from Tanya last week. Ordered lunch time one day and arrived lunchtime next day.

Re: Battery
My old battery is 12v 100ah 470a but don't know what it all means. The one from Tayna is 900a. Does that make a difference.

Re: Battery
You should have three parameters; voltage 12v, capacity in ah 100 or more and maximum cranking current (used while starting engine) 470a or more - plus of course it needs to physically fit. When I used Tanya a couple of months ago I entered the car registration and it came back with the correct battery.

Re: Battery
And don't forget... to get one with the terminals round the right way!
My dear old Dad bought a new battery for his Yaris from Halfords, not knowing that the ones made in France have the battery one way round, and those that are made in Japan have it the other. There was an ominous-sounding "pop" when he connected it up!
