Hi from Huddersfield
Good day everybody,
After wanting a camper for many years my wife and I finally took the plunge and bought an old Clubman GL. I was hoping that we could use it for a year or two and hopefully upgrade without losing too much money on it. I chose the VW T4 with the autosleeper Clubman monocoque because I was hoping that would be a safe bet and reliable. We bought it one Saturday and then on Sunday bought a Black Labrador Puppy (Ruby).
We had one weekend away which was a steep learning curve and then lockdown!
So we have a VW on the drive, a puppy in the kitchen and no money in the bank. So things can only get better.
To make it even worse I have a list of jobs to do in the VW, the sun is out and I have to go to work every day!
So when I can get some free time I will no doubt be asking all kinds of questions. My knowledge is currently zero.
I hope to see you all on the road when this is all over.
Thanks for reading this. Ian, Mags and Ruby.
