2019 Burford Duo

I have just taken delivery of a 2019 winchcombe with the same system and find the the round satelite selector has to be lightly pressed or it jumps past the different satelites clockwise so try the selection button one press at a time until it stops at astra 2 which is where freesat is located at the same time the dish is rising.    Hope you find this helpful.

Hi, our is set to default to Astra 2, I am awaiting the technician to attend as they recon something could have come loose or adrift
