Help.
I have a crack in the cover of the awning light of my Nuevo 2008.
I want to replace it if Autosleeper have the part but I have no idea how to remove it.
Help would be most welcome.
Thanks.

Re: Help.
Is it like this?
If so it is a Lumo, but discontinued now. I doubt the lens is available seperately.
It is fixed by the two screws and also mastic. The lens can be detached with screws through the back after removing from the van.
Some places have old stock https://www.wilmond.co.uk/lumo-awning-light-10w-g4-tungsten-halogen-lamp-1770695291.html

Re: Help.
I doubt that that is the light - it certainly isnt what is fitted to my 2008 Nuevo.
Mine is an opaline oval light with no visible external fixings - I THINK its probably glued on with sikaflex or similar and would need to be cut off with a sharp knife - but Im sure that someone will know for sure

Re: Help.
There should be a wee slot where the cover meets the lamp base ,insert a slotted screw driver and the cover should ease out.
We had a Neuvo 09 back in 2014.

You are quite right Raymondo, it is as you describe but there is no way I will cut anything off my pride and joy.raymondo wrote:I doubt that that is the light - it certainly isnt what is fitted to my 2008 Nuevo.

Thanks Boaby, I haven't checked it due to work pressure but this sounds probable.burlingtonboaby wrote:There should be a wee slot where the cover meets the lamp base ,insert a slotted screw driver and the cover should ease out.
