ASOC website is secure With https
The forum domain name shows not secure in safari, but I guess it is the same on other browsers
As far as I understand any items sent to the forum is not encrypted and might be intercepted.
I would not like to open any website suggestions in case the are phishing sites
Of course I maybe completely wrong.

Unfortunately these warnings (This website is not secure!) are pretty misguided IMO.
It would be better to educate people that there are some situations where encryption is needed (e.g. online banking), and others where it is pretty pointless. A public forum is generally not one where it is important, because almost everything that you send to and receive from the ASOF website is publicly visible anyway. Most forum subsections are visible without logging on, and it's trivial for anyone to sign up and see the rest.
The only exception is Private Messages, where people may exchange more personal data that is not otherwise visible - but only if someone with bad intent is somehow intercepting the traffic, which generally isn't easy to do.
IMO the best approach is not to be concerned about it, but to be aware that while it continues to be "insecure" (in relative terms) you should use other methods to share very sensitive data with other people (e.g. just exchange a mobile phone number and tell them over the phone instead).
The downside of trying to force every website to use HTTPS - whether needed or not - is that the use of encryption places a considerable extra processing load on the server that hosts the forum, which may result in the site Admin paying extra costs to the hosting company.

Are we talking about ASOC or ASOF ? No issues here with either our forum or the ASOC website.
If its either then dont worry about about spurious messages like this there are two that I use daily which dish out these warnings but only on Chrome.
Safari, Edge, Firefox and The Developer Version of Edge (soon to be realeased) which is actually based on Chrome!
Roopert explains well enough in the previous thread
