Boxer indicators too quiet
Is there a simple gadget to buy to help increase the volume of the indicators (not hearing aids)

Re: Boxer indicators too quiet
I’ve only done about 500 miles in my new van and personally I haven’t had a problem hearing them.
Finding the indicator stalk on the other hand has been a big pain!
I’m sure it will become second nature soon, I just keep trying to use the stalk below which is exactly where the indicators are in my car.

As a motorcyclist I get asked this question many times, especially from learners. As most motorcycles are not fitted with any self-cancelling device on the indicators, it's imperative that it becomes second nature to cancel as soon as possible after use. How often have you followed a motorcyclist happily riding along, completely unaware of the false signal they're sending out to other road users? The probability of an accident are greatly increased.
Since buying a bike with one of these fitted, I always recommend them.

Probably not.
I think just getting into the habit of checking them would be the best thing and not a bad idea anyway.
