Joined ASOF a few months ago when we purchased a lovely little Rapport of 1992 vintage hugegrins . Took it out for its first outing recently and everything worked and more important we managed to work everything - except the lockable fresh water tank. It seems to unlock but the cap then just turns and turns and we couldn't pull it out. Felt a complete idiot and if anyone has any ideas, I will be delighted to receive these!

Did you get the water sorted out ?
You sort of have to push it in and turn it at the same time after you have unlocked it. I have done it loads of time and locked it too then couldn't open it.
Your van sounds lovely.
