Cannot fill water
I have tried warming up the van to room temp. Also tried all 3 pump settings. Open both sink taps with a little water dripping through then nothing. All that happens is water running down the side of van from the connection point. What am I doing wrong?

Re: Cannot fill water
I take it this is the Whale system. It needs the control panel switched on to open the solenoid in the filler neck. Thats for starters , come back if you've already done that.

Re: Cannot fill water
Are you sure that the tank is empty? Don't rely on the water gauge to tell you that as if th esensors are scaled it will show 0%. Try connecting the Whale hose with Hab electrics switched on at the control unit. If th etank is empty then you should hear water going in. If it is full then if you rock th evan you may hear a clicking noise. If there is a clicking noise then the tank is full.
Now think about the pump. With internal (or both) pumps selected on control panel open a cold tap. Can you hear anything at all? If tank is empty you will hear a whine. If it has water then you will also hear a lower pitched whine but after a minute or two you should get a splutter. Whine but no splutter indicates empty tank or air lock. No whine (or noise at all) indicates pump not working. That could be fuse or nackered pump.
ON a 2014 van you may have hole in the wall as well as whale filler. If you do then fill the tank from there and look for pump or filter problems.
Over to you - report back and we can help some more.

Might still be outside with a hose and a torch.

With the whale system fitted and the control panel switched on ensure that the flap on the entry point is pushed firmly down onto the attachment block to make the connection
