Re: Water stopped
Hopefully it may be the water pump fuse on the power supply. It will be labelled. If it is not that then you have a potential warranty claim for a new pump. Maybe back home via Willersea?
I am presuming that the pump is turned on at the control panel?

Yes, everything on. The only thing I have done earlier was re-calibrate the battery and reset the AH reading. Wouldn't think that would affect the water pump.

Hi Minos
More information would help.
Is the water pump making a noise? If so it won't be the fuse, but there is a whole lot of information on here about problems with the submersible pumps, mostly involving air locks.
Suggest you give us as much information as you can, and in the meantime have a browse at past threads. You may need only to drive around the block . . . and no, I'm not joking!

Best thing we ever had fitted, and although it wasn't cheap (and shouldn't have been necessary!!) it was worth it for the cessation of anxiety every time I fill the tank ready for a trip . . . and sometimes during a trip as you describe.

Re: Water stopped
The pump is not making a sound. I looked at other threads which suggested emptying the tank and refilling. Also went for a drive to try and unblock any trapped air. Nothing worked.

Merde!!
No suggestions other than those from Ron and Ray.
If your pump has expired so soon, I would suggest you ask Messrs A/S to fit a Shurflo instead of a new submersible.
They may want you to pay something toward the difference in costs to them, but it shouldn't be a lot, and like a number of others who have taken this route, if the pump ever played up again it would be easy to get at and replace if necessary. Inaccessibility is the major drawback with the submersible.
In fairness I should add that it's hardly the fault of A/S when a third party component fails, and that many owners have no trouble at all from their submersibles. However, a relatively few have been a constant pain in the backside and have finally been dumped in preference to the external pump.

Re: Water stopped
Can you go back to your calibration in case you have inadvertently switched off something else. Too much a coincidence in my book. Good luck

Re: Water stopped
Hi, we had a problem this week with the pump not working - randomly just not making a noise. It turned out to be a faulty fuse, just not maintaining the connection properly. Replaced it and no problem since.

Yes, haha! We’ve had quite a few things to deal with this trip. Definitely a big learning exercise. This forum is a huge support!
