Hi, does anyone else think that the contact us part of a business website is a waste of time¿
I have left messages on 2 separate websites recently, one to spend money training for motobike licence and the other to ask about suitable scooters for short legged people with the view of buying a new scooter.
Neither have bothered to reply.

I think most small company websites are a waste of time. Most never get updated. Large multiple store websites are ok but some terribly frustrating to navigate.

The online chat facility [if there is one] on websites usually brings good results - for me, anyway.
