Broadway FB
Hi just ordered a new Broadway FB and we are considering putting in the 2 additional travel seats. Concerned about losing space in lounge area. Has anyone any advice please?

Hi
Take a look at the AS Surrey that has the 2 extra travelling seats fitted ,It makes it a bit narrower next to the fridge and the seats are quite upright. They will have to be fitted when they start building it

Re: Broadway FB
I noticed from website that the extra travel seats are an optional extra on most models now.

Thanks for the comments, yes I think you can add additional seats to most models. Just wondered if anyone had put them in the Broadway FB. Had a look at the Surrey but different layout. Don't think we will bother, its to take the grandkids occasionally.

Hi
Sorry I did not realise the Broadway FB meant a fixed bed but I think you will find the rear travelling seats will be in principal the same layout as the Surrey,we wanted a MH with extra travelling seats when we sold our Surrey but gave s they were so rare

Re: Broadway FB
It's nearly three years since we exchanged our Broadway ES for our current van for the FB option. Must say that on reflection, sometimes miss the extra belted sets that faced forward forming the mid dinette seating for the very reason you stated, that being able to take grand children or indeed other members of the family. It would be more for day outings rather than longer holidays. The ES wouldn't allow the driver's seat to rotate due to the opposing seats to the travel one's. Taking Paulmold's point, perhaps there are other options to gain the extra travel seating without the dinette layout? Hope I have haven't confused you further. Regards.

Thanks Paramedic
We have had another good look at all the options and keep coming back to the Broadway FB. There is always going to be a compromise.

Re: Broadway FB
Have a look at this which may give some idea of how the extra 2 seats work.

Not sure how you get 4 people round that table. I am assuming that the FB has 4ft and not 6ft settees in the 2 berth configuration - ie Nuevo size rather than Broadway EK size. So I suspect that you get that small table instead of the normal rectangular free standing table.

There is a normal sized rectangular free standing table, but it will be cramped with 4 people. It would only be very occasionally we would have visitors.
