Back into campervans after a 15 year break - looking forward to picking your brains, and getting out there of course.
My '96 Symphony seems very modern compared to what I'd driven way back .... although it probably appears ancient to what most of you drive around in!!!
If I'd realised the petrol motors were soooo slooow I might not have bothered!!
Build Quality is excellent though, and as there are so many tractors in Cornwall I won't feel so guilty holding everyone up!
Cheers,
Mike.

Welcome from another Symphony owner (ours is just a year younger) and yes the petrol ones are a bit sluggish but who's in a hurry, you're on holiday when you're in it.

You would be surprised how many Boxers of that vintage are doing big miles travelling for long periods of time

Thanks for all the warm greetings
Thanks for all the greetings folks.
For those who enquired about my user name - There's a big hint of irony in its connotation -It's a long story, lets just say I have owned [and paid] for this van twice !!!! Under two different Reg No's!!!
I'd like to think you would sympathise given all the facts
Still onwards and upwards..............been on Dartmoor this afternoon, took the aging parents on a jolly and very nice too
