Spare part required please for van

Hi Everyone just joined and am doing up my van that i have only had for a few weeks and one of the parts i need is a  clip on cover plate that hides the sliding door mechanism .

have tried Renault but this item is no longer available and have tried scrap yards etc and wondered if any of you would know where i may be able to pick one up or perhaps there is something i could use to do the job Thanks  .
