LED lights for Worcester
Some while ago I saw a post on replacing the existing central lights with LED but have been unable to find it.
Can anyone advise me on the make of the circular overhead lights so I can track down the equivalent but with the LED lighting, please?

Re: LED lights for Worcester
The ones on my Worcester are Lumo Lighting Coronet with compact fluorescent tube.
If you Google their website you will see their LED alternative -as far as I can tell they would not match the originals but are similar.
I have had three go in my 2011 Worcester and it has always been the tube electronic drivers that have failed and never the tubes themselves. So far I have replaced like with like, but eventually I will no doubt have to consider switching to the LED versions.
Keep us informed how you get on please.
Regards Graham

Thanks to all for the help - Lumo is indeed the one. I have ordered the LCD version from Jacksons Leisure Supplies for £44.90 including delivery.
I'll let you know how I get on.

May I ask WORCESTER owners, are you pleased with van ??? Just in the process of purchasing a 2012 model. Love the layout. Thank you in anticipation.

We also have a 2012 Worcester, there is simply nothing we have ever seen that we would upgrade to, no matter what the price. The van is super comfortable, drives beautifully and for two makes a great base. If you want to PM me with any questions at all please feel free to do so and I will help where I can, we have had ours since new so know all its little quirks which may be useful to you.
Great choice!

I would agree with every word of that, only ours is a 2011 model which we have had since April 2013.groundhog wrote:We also have a 2012 Worcester, there is simply nothing we have ever seen that we would upgrade to, no matter what the price. THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS.....feeling apprehensive as it's unknown territory. Feel better now listening to your remarks. Always nice to ask someone who actually has this vehicle their views. Pick it next week, can't wait now. Feeling excited.

Re: LED lights for Worcester
Although you have taken this topic somewhat off the subject, here are a few comments anyway.
I have had my automatic Worcester from new in late 2011. This has been my one and only van except for hiring a Cruise America Ford in the USA for 6 weeks that was 5 foot longer, with a gutless V10 engine, lacked any internal space and was absolute rubbish in comparison to my own - albeit it was a hire van.
What do I like about it?
I think that the build quality is as good as I have seen. The engine with the auto box is a joy to drive, particularly with the high seating position and as much power as you would need even though it still manages to average about 25 to 26 mpg overall.
I have never been a fan of fixed bed layouts. The additional living room you get from the removable beds in the Worcester is considerable and they take very little effort to put up each evening. The bathroom layout is very spacious and high quality and suits us as we frequent a lot of CL/CS sites. Each to his own though.
It is a big van, but I have rarely had problems being able to park it wherever we wished even though you may have to walk a bit further than otherwise. The length is not a problem when driving but the width and overhang do need consideration on narrow roads. (Said with feeling).
What do I not like about it.
Most people have things that go wrong in their campervan, that is the nature of what are really one-off builds. However the items that have caused me most grief with the Worcester are the "fancy" ones. The Whale water system is a clever idea but just too complicated. The water level indicator method is a problem waiting to happen and is really not necessary. The electric step is all very nice but is bound to go faulty being right behind the rear wheel. I could go on....
Would I buy another one?
Yes I think I would. The layout and equipment level are undoubtably good and in any case it has taken me 5 years to understand how everything works. I don't want to go through all that again!
Hope that helps
Regards, Graham

Re: LED lights for Worcester
Graham, THANK YOU SO MUCH........VERY helpful response. I realise ALL motorhomes have their faults, but can't think when I came across a more spacious user friendly motorhome. We are seasoned motorhomes, so hopefully will get around any niggles. As said previously can't wait to own it now. Hopefully this WILL be our forever motorhome !!!!!!!
