Good evening fellow AS owners
I'm Andy Smith & have recently bought a 1995 Ford Transit with an AS Duetto conversion.  Jules - my partner - and myself had run an even older motorhome based on the Fiat Mk1 chassis for a number of years but decided it was time to move into the"90's" !  The 'van appears to be in generally good condition - especially the interior which has clearly been very well cared for.  The paintwork is also well preserved for a 22 year old vehicle although there are signs of rust in the usual Transit places. The rust worm doesn't fill me with as much dread as it apparently does for some.  Having run an old Fiat for several years makes you realise that most problems can be overcome - if you know the right person with the required skills and we - fortunately -do.  'Not sure how long one's intro. should last but I guess that's it for now.  Look forward to hearing from you.
