Nice to Meet You
Hello All,
Have just joined here so quick intro,
I have recently become the proud owner of Lilly, she is a 1998cc petrol Symbol on Peugeot boxer
unit, she was born on the 2nd of November 2000, though she doesn't look a day over 2.
We have been motor caravanning for many years now, (just in the uk, so much to see here), First van
was an old comer in the 1970s, top speed ?, no we wont mention that, milk floats would probably
have passed her, but great fun was had my me, wife, 3 daughters and son in her (Jingle, christened
by daughter number 1 because of the sound she made, I think it was the gearbox).
Gap for a few years, then progressing through Transit, Holdsworth Rainbow, Autocruise Starfire, Ace
Mondella, and now back to smaller van conversion, Lilly.
Haven't been away in her yet, probably at half term first ( Wife works at local school, cleaner),
but definitely away at Easter, at lovely site near Westbay (Highlands End).
Just winterised Lilly, just in time, judging by weather forecast.
Talk to you soon I hope.
Roger
