Hello,  I don't know if I am posting this in the right place. Just to introduce myself, We have just purchased a symbol to get us of site on our days off , we work for the caravan club so work in different parts of the country every year, we look forward to picking up any tips and advice from the many members on this site. going to work on the site at Crystal palace for 2 months but unfortunately cannot take the symbol with us due to the site being in the emission zone .

Welcome from N.E Wales.     handshake.    Assume it's a diesel Symbol because a petrol one would be alrightt in the  LEZ.

Yes it is a diesel, and we had already agreed to work at crystal palace before we bought it
so will have to tow the caravan up instead.

Hi here and a big welcome to the forum allthumbz
We too are lucky enough to have kept our caravan when we bought the MH so have the best of both worlds. They do come in handy now and again but I must admit I prefer the MH most if the time.

Good you have an alternative.  I am surprised how many people keep both MH and Caravan, good idea I suppose as it allows to choose which is most suitable for which area you are camping in.

hi from somewhere else in the London borough of Croydon.

We almost bought an Autosleeper Transit a couple of years ago but I saw how much it cost to go in to the LEZ, censored!! We are right on the edge with many roads around here within the zone.

We have to keep our caravan as part of the job , so we can live in the caravan and go off in the symbol for a night on our days off  wave
