Bought a Legend!

Viewed our third Auto-sleeper Legend on Saturday, and drove it home...

We travelled many miles searching for our Legend ..as people said on here owners tend to hang on to them so they are quite scarce. Of the 3 viewed this one was far and away the best, bought privately and clearly cared for by previous owners.

It is a 1997 model with just under 60,000 on the clock; beautifully maintained and serviced. Quality of these vehicles (considering their age) is amazing! Drove it 125 miles home and it ran well...not the fastest thing on the road but plods along at 65. It has a sticker on the rear saying that it has been intercooled...no idea if this makes any difference over standard but it is still no ball of fire! Be interested to hear from any 2.5 owners if they feel it makes a difference to power or mpg.

Has a solar panel fitted and previous owners say they never used hook-ups as not required.

First trip out planned this weekend to Rutland

I bet your cuffed to bits with your Legend, have a great time in Rutland, hope the weather stays dry for you, forecasted to stay dry with easterly winds.
