l want to have the shower resealed where a few cracks have appeared, as the shower tray is no longer available? I want to remove the toilet to gain access to all of the tray. I have looked on the Internet and can't find any instructions to do this, can anyone help.

Thank you for coming back to me, the reason l want to remove the toilet is because they will be unable to reach successfully at the side of the toilet, and I want to cover the whole shower tray

Hi,
I have a 2004 nuevo with a thetford c200 cassette toilet, and also had a cracked shower tray.
I actually removed the shower tray, repaired it with 'plastex' plastic repair and also reinforced the underneath of the tray with fibreglass before refitting the tray.
If your toilet is the same as mine, the toilet is actually quite easy to remove once you know how, although it baffled me to start with. I searched the web, and eventually found the thetford c200 installation instructions, these stated that the toilet 'hooked' onto a fixture screwed to the bathroom wall. Mine didn't, but yours might.
To remove my toilet I unscrewed the four screws holding the cassette filler cap to the outside wall of the motorhome (the screws also go into the back of the toilet) and also removed two screws that were located under the toilet cassette, these are screwed down into the floor. Also disconnected the electrical flush connection and the toilet was free to be lifred out of position.
Hope this helps, if you need any more info let me know.
Tom.

Thank you for the information Tom
Mine does not have an electric flush
I will have a look, the screws holding it to the floor, are they located inside the locker?
I had the same problem with the sink, and got a local fibre glass company to make a mould from the old one and make a new one. Still have the mould for the sink
I might ask them about the shower tray when I get the toilet out, it might work out as cheap as repairing it

On my nuevo there are two screws which screw the toilet to the floor, they are located underneath the toilet cassette, accessed from the outside, after removing the cassette.

Good Luck,

Tom.

You're most welcome, glad to be of assistance.

I'm sure you'll find the toilet removal straightforward, as well as removal of the sink/cupboard (all in one piece) etc if required.

For me the biggest difficulty was removing the shower tray, as it was glued to the floor! I don't know if this was done by the previous owner at the same time as a bodged repair was done, or whether autosleepers glue them.

Thanks Tom
The sink cupboard is no problem, as I separated when I installed the new sink. Just 4 screws now to remove the front leaving the sink In situ

Yes of course, I forgot you've fitted a new sink.

Much better idea having the sink and cupboard not joined together.

Hello Tom, thanks for the remove toilet advice, removed in 10 minutes. Just waiting to have the shower speedcoated. I have decided the 3 wires running below the joints for the shower and kitchen sink is for the spark unit for the cooker, but why 3 wires

It's good to know you were able to remove the toilet, hope the speed coating goes well.

I've no idea about the wires.
