Peogeot battery On Broardway FB
went out to the van today and the vehicle battery was completely dead so I disconnected -ve side and charged it up reconnected engine started ok but I am left with EBD fault no ABS and an engine fault light anyone have any ideas thanks. I thought the solar panel charged which ever battery requires charging through the on board system.

And you may have to put in your radio code as well!
By disconnecting the battery you seem to have lost some of the ECU functionality. It could need an ODBII code reader/resetter to restore your ABS and reset the fault light.
Sadly there are many posts/threads on the subject of rapid loss of battery charge when in storage.
