Spinflo 5500 Servicing/Removal

Hi to all on the forum,

I have the above oven in my Duetto LE. The grill/oven burner is playing up just a little bit & I wondered if anyone had any info on how they are removed/serviced. There's almost no information in the little blue spinflo manual that come with my duetto.

 I found 'some' information on the thetford site, where by it talks about the main gas connection being under the hob (as per standard on RV hob/ovens) but any further info/schematic would be helpful.
