Changing from Windsor to Warwick Duo/Broadway
I realise that I am asking a difficult question but I am totally confused whether to go for the 2015/2016 Warwick Duo or the Broadway any comments from current owners for either good or bad will be most welcome and help me to make up my mind. I Would want to fit a towbar to a Duo for push bikes, I am not prepared to have them hanging from the rear doors.
We use our Windsor mainly for 6 week trips to Spain spring and autumn staying on a couple of sites.
I am more than happy with the Windsor 2008/mk7 but at 7 yrs old feel that a change to possibly my last new Motorhome (70 is fast approaching)
Any way I hope that some of you will give me some comments and thoughts to help me and Heather decide the way to go.
Regards to all.

Hi
First rule try both do not be too hasty.Depends on whether you will be happy with a van conversion after the coach built Is you transit front or rear wheel drive,For the risk of being hung I think the transit is a better base vehicle ,although I have just bought a Merc best of luck there are a lot out there to choose from

I know a few couples who have downsized from large coachbuilt to the larger van conversions and have stuck with them happily so it obviously works for some people.

We have the 2014 Broadway EK TB LP ( or similar catchy name...) and, in the year we have had it have overwintered in Spain, had several holidays in UK and are currently in the south of France. We continue to be very pleased with it and it has served us well whatever kind of situation or weather we have camped in.
What we particularly like - apart from the build quality - is that it is so well laid out. Whenever you put out your hand for somewhere to put something etc it is there. The designer has motorhomed it seems.
We prefer the smaller hab door to the big one of a van conversion: quieter to close and cosier in winter and we do like the big overcab skylight, preceding it to a gloomy glory hole of a Luton, as well as liking the twin benches which give us comfy areas to lounge in winter as well as a choice of single beds or huge double.
The shower room is adequate and the swing wall works well though I feel that the ridged well in the floor might well not last the full life of the van. I'm not keen on the silly little veg drawer in the fridge or the not very memorable name but otherwise we are very happy with the Broadway.

One couple Peter and I know (Chris & Shirley) who are registered on here, moved from Broadway (also had previous with a Nuevo) made a change to the Marquis version of the Warwick , think about 2 years ago and they still seem happy with it.
Our Windsor is about the same age as Mikes and we did consider downsizing but didnt. Two reasons there isnt a chassis available as good as the Mk7 RWD Transit and SWMBO doesnt like the big side opening doors although the Warwick isnt too bad there is only IH who do a proper caravan door in a PVC
