Hello
I have a 2003 Duetto which I have enjoyed for the last 8 years.
My son married a French woman and lives in La Rochelle with his wife and now our granddaughter. The last few years we have discovered France
as a wonderful camper van friendly country and have spent about a month there touring in late Summer each year. We often go to France to help out as both
my son and his wife have demanding jobs. Normally we fly.
Myself and my wife are retired and live in Leicestershire.

Welcome from a cold and frosty Skegness.
We go to France quite a lot and tend to use the Brittany Ferries Portsmouth > St Malo route. With Club Voyager we get 30% off our fares and a few other perks as well.

Welcome to the forum from cloudy Swansea 
In our sailing days we sailed into La Rochelle, several times, and later stayed for nine months on our sailing yacht in the marina at Les Sables d'Olonne, just up the coast from there.
