Hello from Barney
Hello everybody I am from Gloucestershire.
I have owned my Talisman GX for the last 11 years and still enjoying it. I noticed this forum when searching for a suitable drive away awning that the rear door would not scrape and got some useful information.
I am sure this group will be useful to me when dealing with any problems that may crop up in the future.
Over the years I have had to deal with a few maintenance jobs including a leaking water heater, renewing a rusted front lower cross member and removal and reseaing a side window.

Re: Hello from Barney
The rusty cross member crops up on many Boxers,Ducatos' and Relays due to the water dripping from the tray below the windscreen down through the engine compartment. Think I have posted a mod on here for the Talisman and Executives to over come this. Side window is also a regular for these vans so its not just yours. The important thing is you like your van and enjoy it. The monocoques just go on and on and on.
