Hi there,

Welcome from what has been a warm but overcast day in Skegness.

With regard to "winterising":

o  Drain EVERYTHING down so that there is no water onboard.

o  Disconnect the batteries WHEN THEY ARE FULLY CHARGED.

o  Keep the van well ventilated.

o  Install a small heater to keep condensation at bay.  Mine is 700w, on an overnight timer (for 'cheap' electricity) and set to come on at +5 degrees.

Hope this helps.allthumbz

Best regards,
drinksallround

Hello and asof_welcome2 from Leicestershire

Drain down as advised, but why stop using it in the winter,?  you could take water in containers so no need for tank fill, I use mine all the year round.

Welcome to ASOF, from just down the road.

You will find info on winter preps in the fact sheets section that members have prepared.  Do consider using it during the winter period even if its only going out for a picknick
