Hello
Hi ya, my names Vics. I have just thankfully changed from a caravan to a 2010 autosleeper Warwick Duo. No more lugging of water and waste, no more hitching and no more towing :). Doris, as we've called her is a dream and we look forward to many holidays and weekends away. We are off to clumber park nottingham for the night tonight, as it's close by, to make sure we know how everything works before a week away in woolacombe next weekend. So I just wanted to say hi.

Hi Vics and a big welcome to the forum.
We also caravanned for many a year and now are lucky enough to have both. The caravans use will slowly be replaced by the MH though

Hello & welcome from S/Yorks.
Used caravans for 20yrs for trade shows, handy, but I didn't like them & also found them a pain!

Hi Vics
Welcome to the forum from a very wet Bridlington, make sure your items outside the van are secure as its a known area for bikes to go missing.

Re: Hello
Hi there,
Welcome from what has been a dull day here in Skegness; but we live in hope!
You will be amazed at how many ex-tuggers still wheel their water-barrels and waste containers across the site rather than move their van!
I know!! Daft and hard to believe, but still true!
Best regards,

Re: Hello
All went well and so much easier than a caravan ... I have fibromyalgia and my partner has arthiritis so lugging of anything apart from the loo is over .. We will be filling her up :). Still don't know what the light switch with fuse by the water heater under the rear drivers side bed is is for, but I guess if I switch it on when we set up and switch it off when we power down whatever it powers will work!
