Whale Elegance Tap Service Kit

I have a Whale Service Kit, Part No. AK5030, for the Elegance Tap fitted by AS in some of their shower rooms. I purchased it for our previous van but didn't get around to using it so the kit is unopened. The tap it's designed for is shown below, as is the contents of the kit taken from internet images.

Kits available on eBay for £18 incl postage. I'll accept £9 incl. postage.
