John has sadly passed away.  Helen has notified a few people and Oz is organising a sympathy card from ASOC 
Presume the funeral will be at Mold, don’t have any details yet

Didn't know the chap,however, my condolences to his family.

Roli: what was Mr Greenwood's "name" on the Forum, please? I'm afraid that I don't recognise his real name.

It's always sad when Forum Members pass away, but I suspect that many of us are - how shall I put it? - extra mature, and so inevitably we will lose members. Like Boaby, I offer condolences to his family.

I assume from Roli's post that he was from my home town of Mold if the funeral is to take place there but I'm afraid I don't know him.

I realise you didn’t know him Paul can remember asking you a few years ago. 
 Upto a couple of years ago John had a computer business in Mold.  Big Haughton Weavers fan.
He didn’t post on here but occasionally came on for a read and would pass comments to me
John and Helen were active long standing members of ASOC until selling the van around 12 months ago

27 years and started rallying with their daughter. He did run a couple of rallies just to coincide with Houghton Weaver concerts. The first one we went to was in the car park of Mold council offices.
