Looks like good value - I'm sure Goodyear don't actually make it but if they've staked their reputation on it it should be reasonable quality.

Looks almost identical to the one I bought from Aldi last year. Works well, but the only gripe I have is that the mops on mine were ~really~ tight fitting, so changing them was a pain.
So much so that I only use it for applying polish. I finish by hand to save having to mess about with the mops...
