External Door Handle Pro Plates
Has anyone fitted Pro Plates to their door handles, if so was it relatively straight forward, what make did you use?
Also as I have four external handles on my van would I need to fit a plate under each handle or only to those handles with key locks?

That sort of thing is a balancing act, isn't it? It may add a measure of protection against a specific type of screwdriver attack, but one of the downsides is that they are very visible, and give the impression that the owner thinks there is something of value inside - so ironically it may make the vehicle more likely to be targeted?
Unfortunately there are "brute force" attacks that make that sort of countermeasure irrelevant. If they decide either to bend out the top of one of the front doors or break the glass there's not a lot you can do. Most will be in and out within 30 seconds, so they may also just choose to ignore any alarm if it's in a remote area.
I've decided not to go with any specific security measures - I just make sure that nothing valuable is left in view and rely on the factory deadlocks and immobiliser.

I'm inclined to agree with you, Roopert. Don’t advertise the fact that there’s something worth nicking on board.
It's particularly pointless in vans with acrylic windows which are the weakest link in the security of the van.
