Hi ... Newbie Here !!
Hi everyone, ive just joined up ive got myself abit of a winter project being a 1989 MK3 Transit Autosleeper (2.0 Pinto).
I already love it to bits, I bought it from someone who had it passed down to them but they never used it and didn't really have the space for it.
only paid peanuts for it as it came with no history. however ..... since having a little play around with it ive since found hidden in a cupboard folders and folders of receipts, invoices and all the original manuals for the van, cooker, fridge, heating system, literally everything!! even the original ford / Autosleeper Certificates etc. old mots and service history to confirm its milage of 48k .... what a xmas present.
just gotta sort mot out then I can start the restoration work.. mainly bodywork at the moment.
yet to try the electrics and heating and gas etc etc.
Anyways .... Hi from me
Anyone else in Bristol area?
