I had one supplied with a Burstner MH, one end as a shoe horn, the other designed to unclip and open the roof light over the fixed bed so as not to stretch.

I never wear shoes when touring. Always drive barefoot, flip flops when not.

I can still reach my feet - just rolleyes , but my smallest accessory is one of these tiny plastic buttons used to close cupboard doors more quietly.

The Sargent habitation control panel is perfectly smooth, so I have one of these on the main on/off switch and another on the pump switch. It's dead easy in the dark (or even during the day) to feel for the switch position and simply press the button.

Simple, but surprisingly effective.
