I have the exact same bag and pipe in my Kingham and have no clue to what it is for.

With the engine oil filler opening being a bit awkward to pour oil in to from an oil container, the pipe is an extension that connects to the oil filler opening, the same way as the cap does, allowing owners to easily top up their oil.

The bag doesn't belong to the oil filler extension, it is a left over from the puncture gunge inflator that isn't required on our vans, as they fitted us a spare wheel, but it looks as if AS put the extension pipe in the bag to get us all guessing allthumbz
