Good morning from North Staffordshire
Hello to all the the Autosleepers forum members.
A little bit about myself
Married and live in North Staffordshire, have been a Motorhome owner for the last five years or more having been a caravaner for well over twenty five years
Currently owner of Knaus Motorhome and a member of the Knaus owners club.
Looking for a smaller coachbuilt Motorhome unfortunately nothing suitable in the Knaus range but a number of possibilities in the Autosleepers range
Other hobbies and pastimes Model Railways, football, reading, industrial archaeology (canals, railways etc)
Well that's enough for now.

Don't think Hope has changed much since then.

Re: Good morning from North Staffordshire
Thank you all for all your welcome posts.
I have today signed the paperwork for my new Nuevo EK
I will do my best to contribute to the forum over the coming years and of course take advantage of all the experience and knowledge that already exists.
It will also be my intention to join the Autosleepers Owners club as I have good times with the Knaus owners club which I intend to keep,in touch with.
I very much enjoyed my years with Knaus but wanted to downsize the length of my Motorhome for practical reasons.
As no suitable Motorhome exsists in the Knaus range I wanted a quality Motorhome as a replacement and feel that a Autosleeper will fit the bill nicely (if not the wallet)

Hayley at Motor Plus has been (as usual) super efficient and processed your complimentary membership of ASOC, you membership pack is in the post.
I know you will have had a good handover but there is a lot to take in. If help is needed I'm just up the road.

Hi Peter
Yes a very good handover and as you say a lot to take in.
I indeed will give you a shout if I get stuck.
It will probably be in a few days before I can spend some time as I am very busy from tomorrow till early next week with Stafford Model Railway exhibition my other passion and hobby.

We always come to the G Scale Society day but your event looks good as well so we may pop in on Saturday. Our daughter in law is expecting in the next couple of weeks so that would take priority. Are you on a specific layout?

Ho RobM48
You will please to know that we have 2 x P4 layouts and the exhibition this year (Lower Exbury & Longcarse West) plus 3 x EM layouts
Unfortunately I'm still OO with my Layout Oil Drum Lane which is als at the exhibition
Do a lot of armchair reasearch while in the Motorhome and the occasional wagon kit

Hi Terry,
Small world.......I know Longcarse West and have heard of Lower Exbury having either read about it or seen it. I have built Manston Brewery and currently building Mount Woodville Works both on the forum under Standard Gauge Work Workbench on the Scalefour Society website.
Cheers
Rob

Re: Good morning from North Staffordshire
And I did. An excellent show with 3 halls full of layouts and traders. A tad expensive at £9 I thought. The security guard tried to turn Chris and I away as we weren't wearing anoraks - he thought we should be at the antiques fait next door!
