Hello, Username Biffobear. previous A/Sleepers, Rambler2 and Symbol. 2 Months or so ago I purchased a pop top Montana from a chap in Coventry and have just spotted the vehicle on your forum. The owner went under the name of Greenaway. The Montana is a bit tatty, ie needs seats recovering but every thing works... even the fridge....on any slope.

Hello
Hi Paul, Thanks for your help on Out and about live motorhome forum. I sold a 1999 Peugeot Boxer based Symbol this year and spotted the Montana on ebay and Trader. The symbol was as good as it gets.....but the rust on mine was getting bad although it looked good but it had to go. Front wheel arches and the bottom of the doors on the Montana need seeing to but is just surface rust. The van was full of stuff when I viewed it and it was covered in dead leaves, pine needles and green algaebiffobear wrote:Hello, Username Biffobear. previous A/Sleepers, Rambler2 and Symbol. 2 Months or so ago I purchased a pop top Montana from a chap in Coventry and have just spotted the vehicle on your forum. Might be worth contacting Premier Furnishings or Regal Upholstery regarding finding matching material. I believe both have supplied AS with materials.

I met the chap at Regal Paul. I think it was at the National Exhibition Centre's caravan and motorhome show this year. apparently he worked at AS. I can't do anything until May June next year as I'm out of the country for a bit but will certainly get in touch with Regal on my return. Thanks again!

Thank you for a warm welcome everyone. Will try and post often as I can with any help etc not that I know much about the AS range but have always liked their quality and style , especially when they were independent. I prefer their van conversions which have such style and usability. IMO.
