Which one were you praising please Quilter? This one looks very similar to the JML one but almost half the price. I am still getting around to adapting mine having found no solution to a screen for the door on our Worcester yet!!

We bought one from Aldi, about 2 years ago, for our old van. It was made of two pieces of black net with sections of magnetic strip down the centre which pulled the two curtains together with a satisfying clacking noise.

We cut it to fit the door aperture and then sandwiched the cut edges and top with thin wooden battening all round the edges of the door aperture. It worked very well.

Unfortunately we can' t use it on the Broadway as it is now not wide enough to fit the door opening and also, because of the kitchen worktop position and the position of the door catches, we could not fix it tightly enough and insects would get in round the edges.

As a temporary measure we fixed a length of plastic covered curtain wire over the door, on the inside, and clothes- pegged a generous length of old net curtain to it. That worked so well over the last 4 weeks that I am just about to tidy it up and make it a permanent solution.

I bought one of the dashcams previously but have had problems getting it to "stick" to the windscreen.
