Hello from Michael & Sally from Kent
Hello everyone,
We picked up our Nuevo on 1st Aug and are complete novices but it seems to going well sofar as we discover what all the switches are for! After two days ownership we set off for Wickham Festival in torrential rain and arrived to a mud-bath - the first time we have been towed ONTO a site! It was quite an experience for a first day's driving but the sun came out later and the music was good - one of the best music festivals in our opinion.
From there it was down to the New Forest and Dorset where we cycled every day, enjoying off-road tracks and back lanes. We tried a few different sized sites and enjoyed the small, certificated sites best, for the peace and quiet and dark skies for star-gazing. We loved the flexibility of the MH and stayed an extra two days because we could. Arriving home we immediately planned a trip to North Norfolk from where we have just returned. Again, we cycled most days, all along the coast, managing to dodge the rain but not the fierce winds.
We have hardly been home since getting the MH and wonder how many more trips we can fit in before we have to hibernate. I think you can say we have taken to being "on the road".
