Big Bang Camper & Bus Show 2011
Big Bang Camper & Bus Show 2011
6th to 8th May at Santa Pod Raceway
Big Bang VW festival in conjunction with Volksworld Camper and Bus magazine is the first and friendliest VW festival on the calendar. Despite high-octane racing and two music arenas, the festival remains as laid-back and family friendly as ever. All Vee Dubs welcome!
Three days of VW fun in the sun with great racing, music and entertainment at the home of European Drag Racing! All Beetles and buses, campers and Caddies, Golfs and Ghias are welcome at the show to enjoy the Run What Ya Brung (RWYB), show & shine, Drag Racing, or simply filling the camp sites with VWs and chilling out.
Santa Pod Raceway is an excellent venue for this amazing show.
Sadly we won't be going as dog owners have been excluded from the show (sadly the case with most of these shows) :(
But if you can get to it, It will be well worth it if it's your kind of thing!

Still not been to a proper camper-based show. But when your youngest is only 16 months you tend to have a pretty strict definition of "family friendly". Maybe in a couple of years. . .
